50 cl of milk
60 g caster sugar
30 g powdered pistachios
180 g sour cherries

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C (item 5).

2nd step

In a bowl, beat the yolks and the whole egg vigorously with the sugar until you obtain a frothy mixture.

Step 3

Boil the milk with the pistachios powder, pour over the eggs and mix well.

Step 4

Divide the bottom of each ramekin with the pistachio cream and arrange the cherries on it.

Step 5

Put water in the oven tray halfway up the ramekins and cook for 30 minutes in a bain-marie.

Step 6

Let them cool, then place the creams in the fridge for 1 hour.
