ingredients

3 fillets of mackerel in a natural box
150 g of whipped cheese Madame Loïk nature with Guérande salt
1 tbsp. to c. of sherry vinegar
1 dozen whole hazelnuts
1 cucumber

Steps

Step 1

Drain the mackerel fillets. Emit them roughly, mix them with the whipped cheese. Add the sherry vinegar, mix again.

2nd step

Crush the hazelnuts, roast them dry in the pan for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Wash the cucumber, detail it in slices 1 cm thick. Evid them in the center. Garnish with mackerel rillettes, sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts and serve.

tips

The little extra. You can use fresh mackerel. Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (tea 7).

Put the fillets on a buttered plate, season them and cook for 3 minutes.

Variants. You can replace mackerel fillets with tuna crumbs, sherry vinegar with the same amount of lemon juice, and hazelnuts with a small fresh onion and finely chopped chives.
