Fashion has its reasons that reason has not. It is thus that one can explain the recurrence with which the skirt pants regularly returns in the fashion pages of the magazines and by extension on the porters of the ready-to-wear shops. For if everybody claims his return every six months, these pants emblematic of the 20's (and incidentally of our childhood made in Jacadi ) really never really left the spirit of the creators.

The skirt on the parades

This season again, the brands did not hesitate to put this controversial piece in front of the podiums, halfway between the oversize pants too short and the shorts too long. A bold stylistic bias but radical that tends to leave us skeptical, to see downright recalcitrant. It must be said that we have seen more flattering than the skirt pants, consequently reserved for women on the one hand, large and relatively thin, but also endowed with a carefully studied style.

Indeed, do not wear trousers too short that wants. Besides contemporary fashionistas, o n think Katharine Hepburn, Grace Kelly and Jean Schrimpton: all those women who had the gift to wear the skirt panties with aplomb and had in no way disguised air. Whether high or low, needles or platforms, they are the sine qua none condition to wear a skirt-panties, swelling the silhouette and sublimating our gait. One can also opt for mid-high boots that will erase the fears of all complexed calf by creating a visual continuity between the shoes and the pants. Because generally speaking, the problem of the skirt pants is above all a question of proportions.

If the combination of a big sweater or a wide sweater can be a bit perilous, the presence of a long fitted jacket, a blouse or a cropped top will make definitively convincing. Still not decided? Take a look at the street looks compiled in the following slideshow, you will not regret it.
