For all those who like to run, summer is the season for sports and strides on the beach, in the forest or in the woods. For a good running session in summer, we run in the morning or in the evening to avoid full sun and therefore dehydration.

Running in the summer on the beach

We start small strides on the wet and compact sand, where the foot sinks a little. Then, if we are pretty good at running, we can try to run a little faster on the sand. The advantage is that the loose soil (which is not consolidated) forces us to a greater amplitude and the muscles contract more. The only downside is that in this exercise, the joints are not solicited.
Good advice for running in the summer : you wear sneakers to run in the summer on the beach, so you avoid hurting yourself with a shell.

Running in the summer in the forest

Branches , pebbles , wet leaves ... so many obstacles that can make us stumble and annoy us during our running in the forest or in the woods .
So to avoid falling every 2 meters when running, we prefer shoes sneakers whose sole is clasped to face the various snags on our way.
Good advice for running in summer : we run looking alternately 2-3 meters in front of you and on the sides to anticipate unpleasant surprises.
