35 cl of Elle & Vire Chocolate Cream Pots
300 g sour cherries in syrup
3 tablespoons pruned pistachios
2 tablespoons of honey
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Steps

Step 1

Drain the cherries .

Heat the honey in a saucepan with the cinnamon stick.

Add the cherries and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Book.

2nd step

Make the preparation for Elle & Vire Chocolate Cream Pots by heating over low heat until the first boiling.

Place a few cherries in the bottom of the 6 ramekins and spread the chocolate cream.

Let cool 20 minutes before placing the ramekins in the refrigerator. Then let stand for 2 hours.

Step 3

Crush the pistachios and mix with the brown sugar.

Sprinkle with pistachios / brown sugar mixture on the chocolate cream and decorate with a few sour cherries.
